Job summary

Walker & Sloan seeks a Senior Project Manager in Gloucester to lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the South West, Midlands and Wales. You will manage feasibility through to handover, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and high professional standards.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, and oversee budgets and procurement strategies, while mentoring junior staff and driving business development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong programme, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Act as principal client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.
