Job summary

Construction, Property and Engineering in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major water infrastructure framework projects across the South West. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from initial design through to site construction and handover, driving safety, quality, and value for money.

You'll coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering, and commercial teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and maintain strong client relationships through transparent reporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects in potable water or wastewater environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget forecasting, cost control and reporting.
• Valid UK driving licence and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Exceptional leadership and communication to motivate site teams and manage senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of water projects to scope, schedule, budget, and safety criteria.
• Lead multidisciplinary design, engineering, and commercial teams to achieve flawless project execution.
• Implement proactive risk management, cost-saving strategies, and value engineering throughout delivery phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships by reporting on financial updates, project milestones, and performance metrics.
