Our Water Engineering Consultancy client is seeking Senior Civil Engineers with experience in clean and wastewater projects for a hybrid/remote role based out of their Slough office on a permanent basis.

You will join a detailed design team, and water industry experience is essential. The client offers career growth opportunities, with ambitious engineers able to develop into Design Managers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and deliver complex detailed design projects within the UK water industry.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
3. Take responsibility for project planning, resource allocation, and delivery within agreed timelines.
4. Support the growth of a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
