Construction Marine Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a six-strong engineering team and shape design, delivery and innovation across a varied portfolio.

The role requires chartered civil engineering credentials and strong people leadership, with responsibility for client engagement and compliance. A supportive culture offers autonomy to improve processes and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer (ICE) with senior-level experience.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and development programmes.
• Experience with Rail framework contracts and temporary works design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an established team of engineers.
• Coordinate design across temporary and permanent works for diverse projects.
• Manage client relationships and engagements on Rail frameworks.
• Nominate CREs and CEMs and act as Temporary Works DI where required.
• Own engineering compliance and drive process improvements.
