Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to lead delivery of water sector projects within AMP8. You will own project outcomes, manage multi-disciplinary teams and engage with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget success.

You will mentor graduates, contribute to bid planning, and help shape innovative design solutions across wastewater, water treatment, sewerage and water networks. A Chartered status and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and chartered status or progress towards ICE/CIWEM.
• Experience leading design teams on civil projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule.
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery across health & safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients.
• Bid preparation, resource and budget development.
• Mentor graduates and contribute to growth of the civil engineering team.
