Mott MacDonald Bentley is a leading design and build business delivering major water and wastewater projects in the UK. You will work across feasibility to construction, helping deliver schemes around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset, with potential AMP9 extension.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with strong design experience.
• CEng accreditation or equivalent Chartered status.
• Experience delivering high-quality outputs to design, quality and safety standards.
• Strong communication with team and stakeholders.
• Methodical problem solving and travel to sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support and ensure designs are fit for purpose and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational and construction teams to develop practical, safe solutions.
• Engage with clients and manage relationships with a one-team approach.
• Coordinate civil design interfaces with other disciplines and produce documentation.
• Act as technical checker and conduct reviews across projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery through standard designs and digital tools.
• Conduct site reviews to validate buildability and integration with existing systems.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and assign suitable project resources.
