Conrad-Consulting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Southampton to lead projects across highways, drainage and SuDS, with hands-on design and client liaison. You will mentor engineers, review technical work, support bids and fee proposals, and drive growth of civil engineering teams within a multidisciplinary consultancy.

Degree qualified, ideally Chartered (CEng/MICE), with strong UK consultancy experience and proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and excellent communication and leadership

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered status preferred (CEng/MICE) or active progression toward chartership.
• Strong UK consultancy experience in civil infrastructure design.

Mansioni

• Lead civil engineering commissions including highways, drainage, SuDS, flood risk and external works.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, contractors and approving authorities.
• Mentor engineers, review technical designs and support bids and fee proposals.
• Drive business development and growth of the civil engineering team within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
