Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its Development Infrastructure team. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of major development schemes, spanning regeneration, education, healthcare, industrial, aviation and large-scale mixed-use projects, shaping infrastructure from planning to delivery.

You’ll contribute to infrastructure masterplans, develop site-wide and plot-specific designs meeting UK standards, with emphasis on highways, drainage, SuDS

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in civil engineering.
• Experience with infrastructure masterplanning for planning applications.
• Knowledge of Section 38 and Section 278 agreements.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure designs from planning through to delivery.
• Contribute to infrastructure masterplans for planning applications.
• Lead highways and drainage projects and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Support the development of junior team members and contribute to business growth.
