Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a senior civil design engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects across highways, water, and industrial sectors. You will deliver robust civil designs, mentor junior staff and supervise a small project team to meet programme and budget targets.

You will participate in client and stakeholder meetings, review technical outputs, and drive continuous improvement toward Chartered status through professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure/highways/water/industrial/data centre civil design.
• Mentor and develop junior/less experienced colleagues.
• Lead day-to-day coordination and supervision of a small project team.
• Review work to ensure outputs meet standards and quality procedures.
