Job summary
Aldwych Consulting Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join the development infrastructure team. You will contribute to delivering highways, drainage and associated infrastructure across residential, commercial and regeneration projects.
The role offers ownership of projects, mentoring for junior engineers and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. A Cambridge office with hybrid working is available, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Consultancy experience on UK development infrastructure.
- Understanding of S38, S278 and S104 processes and SuDS.
- Experience with Civil 3D and drainage software.
Responsibilities
- Design highways and drainage infrastructure including S38, S278, S104, SuDS, earthworks and site levels.
- Produce detailed infrastructure designs using Civil 3D and drainage software.
- Work with architects, planners, clients and local authorities to deliver solutions.
- Manage projects through planning and detailed design with quality and programme delivery.
- Support and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver development infrastructure.
