The role

• BEng or MEng
• Minimum 2 years' experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment
• Experience delivering development projects from planning through to design and construction, including flood risk assessments
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, and/or MicroDrainage, with strong hydraulic principles knowledge
• Experience liaising with stakeholders on S104, S38, S278, and S185 agreements and planning consents
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, effectively managing time and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with clients and collaborative work with design teams; active participation in meetings and site visits when necessary
• Knowledge of ISO900 QMS standards and procedures
• Motivated to deliver exceptional client service
• Committed to professional development, continuously enhancing skills
• Chartered or on the journey to chartership
• Self-driven, proactive, positive, with ownership and problem-solving skills
