Qualifications

• Experience in residential or mixed-use development projects.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and approval processes (S104, S38, S278).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design of multiple infrastructure schemes.
• Coordinate work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare calculations, reports, and drawings.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Produce concept and detailed drainage strategies.
