Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager (Civils) for the Hinkley Point C project in Somerset. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day on-site delivery, coordinating multiple contractors and interfaces to meet programme, quality, and safety targets.

Ideal candidates will have strong civil construction delivery experience in regulated environments, with solid knowledge of CDM Regulations and a proven ability to produce clear reports for senior

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil works on live sites.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and resource planning.
• Solid knowledge of CDM Regulations and site delivery obligations.
• Proven ability to produce clear reports for senior stakeholders.
• SMSTS or IOSH certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site delivery and supervision of civil works.
• Coordinate with Senior Construction Delivery Manager, logistics, H&S, and Tier 1 contractors.
• Identify safety, quality, or delivery risks and propose temporary measures.
• Maintain programme momentum and on-site progress reporting.
• Attend PLOD/PLOW meetings and capture actions.
