Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Construction Delivery Manager to oversee on-site construction activities at Hinkley Point C. You will coordinate tier-1 contractors, ensure safety and quality compliance, and manage logistics and reporting to drive schedule adherence.

The role requires strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations, site governance, and capability to work closely with internal teams and contract partners in a nuclear project environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety management on complex projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple contractors and interfaces.
• Solid understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and site governance.
• Experience in producing concise technical and progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and coordination with Tier-1 contractors.
• Lead health, safety and quality inspections and record findings.
• Maintain daily progress reporting and escalation of key issues to the SCDM.
