Job summary

Matchtech Group is recruiting a Construction Delivery Manager to oversee site construction activities at Hinkley Point C. You will coordinate with Tier 1 contractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive schedule adherence in line with UK CDM 2015 regulations.

You will report to the Senior Construction Delivery Manager, perform routine inspections, and engage with internal teams to maintain clear site communications and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration with contract partners.
• Proven ability to manage complex sequencing and recovery planning.
• Good reporting and progress messaging for senior management.
• Solid understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations in heavy civil or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Contract Partner Support: coordinate with tier-1 contractors to deliver works safely and to spec.
• Mitigation & Safety Assurance: identify risks and perform assurance audits to prevent delays.
• Site Inspection & Reporting: conduct site walks and feed into daily progress reports.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: align schedules with Health & Safety, Project Controls, Contract Management, Logistics.
• Contractor meetings: attend PLOD/PLOW and record outputs for leadership.
