Aufgaben

• Support the Project Manager in the delivery of contract and project scope throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, project controls, operations, and safety teams.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Manage and coordinate the preparation of project documentation required to support delivery milestones and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure a fully auditable archive of project decisions and changes.
• Support the management of technical and commercial workstreams throughout all project phases.
• Organise, facilitate, and document meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with project procedures, governance, and quality standards.
• Support the delivery of project controls processes, including planning, document control, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with the management of project deliverables and application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Provide support in preparing budgets, business cases, approval documentation, and governance papers.
• Work with suppliers and contractors to support project delivery objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication across project delivery and wider programme teams.
