Job summary
Arup is seeking a Senior Technician – Bridge & Civil Structures to contribute to major infrastructure projects across water, rail, highways and urban schemes in the North West and Yorkshire. You will deliver RC detailing, 2D drawings and 3D models from concept through construction, working in multidisciplinary teams and developing our RC detailing capability in the region.
You should have strong civil engineering and RC detailing experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation (and RC
Qualifications
- Strong civil engineering experience with structural detailing and RC detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; RC detailing packages.
- BIM knowledge; experience with ProjectWise and multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality outputs across design to construction.
- Desire to mentor colleagues and develop team capability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver RC detailing, 2D drawings and 3D models across project stages.
- Work within multidisciplinary teams on water, rail, highways and urban infra.
- Contribute to quality outputs and strengthen RC detailing capability in region.
- Collaborate and share knowledge to improve project delivery.
