Job summary

NP Care Consultancy is seeking a Senior Children’s Home Registered Manager to oversee two sites in Southport, Merseyside. This full-time, permanent role offers management of multi-site residential care for children with complex needs.

You will lead teams, ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguarding and high-quality care, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.
• Level 4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent.
• Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing compliance, quality and safeguarding.
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Ambition to progress within children's residential care.
• Previous multi-site or dual Registered Manager experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two children’s homes in Southport, Merseyside with a multi-site leadership remit.

Salary: GBP60000 - GBP70000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Senior Children's Home Registered Manager to join an outstanding provider of children's residential care.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager / Children's Home Manager to take the next step in their career as a Dual Registered Manager, overseeing two children's homes and gaining valuable multi-site management experience.

The homes are located in Southport, Merseyside.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What are the requirements?

Full UK Driving Licence.

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.

Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent.

Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
