Job summary

NP Care Consultancy is seeking a Senior Children’s Home Registered Manager to oversee two sites in Southport, Merseyside. This full-time, permanent role offers management of multi-site residential care for children with complex needs.

You will lead teams, ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguarding and high-quality care, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.
• Level 4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent.
• Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing compliance, quality and safeguarding.
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Ambition to progress within children's residential care.
• Previous multi-site or dual Registered Manager experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two children’s homes in Southport, Merseyside with a multi-site leadership remit.
• Lead and develop staff to deliver high-quality, child-centered care.
• Ensure safeguarding, regulatory compliance and quality standards (Ofsted).
• Drive continuous improvement and performance across sites.
• Support career development and progression within the organisation.
