Additional Resources is seeking a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the UK. The role offers a salary between £55,000 and £75,000 plus benefits, with weekend and evening duties required and a path from Deputy to Registered Manager for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have about 5 years in residential care, including 2 years in management, plus a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential care, including 2 years in a management role.
• Experience leading staff teams in a children's home.
• DBS checks and driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the children's home.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance.
• Engage with families and external professionals as needed.
