Additional Resources is seeking a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the UK. The role offers a salary between £55,000 and £75,000 plus benefits, with weekend and evening duties required and a path from Deputy to Registered Manager for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have about 5 years in residential care, including 2 years in management, plus a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Formación

• Experience leading staff teams in a children's home.
• DBS checks and driving licence required.

An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager to join a children’s residential care provider. This full-time role offers salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 and benefits.

As a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager, you will oversee the children's residential home, ensuring appropriate care standards and effective day-to-day management.

They will also consider Deputy Manager ready to progress into a Registered Manager position.

What we are looking for:

• Approx 5 years' experience in residential care, including 2 years in a management role within a children's residential setting.
• Background in managing residential homes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children's Residential Care, or an equivalent qualification.
• Be able to work over the weekends and evenings.
• An enhanced DBS check and a full UK driving licence.
• The right to work in the UK.
