Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Chemical Process Engineer to support the detailed design of a major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will contribute to delivery of complex process systems and utilities within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires demonstrable API manufacturing experience, FEED and detailed design involvement, and a strong grasp of process engineering in regulated environments. A hybrid office-based working arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in API manufacturing facilities or pharmaceutical process plants.
• Strong background supporting projects through FEED and detailed design phases.
• Proven knowledge of chemical process engineering in regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Experience producing and reviewing process deliverables such as P&IDs, utility calculations and process design documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and in a hybrid office-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review process engineering documentation, including P&IDs, for a large-scale pharmaceutical facility.
• Support the design and integration of process systems associated with API production, including synthesis and purification operations.
• Perform process calculations and engineering assessments for utilities, process equipment and supporting infrastructure.
• Contribute to process safety activities, including the design and evaluation of pressure relief, venting and safeguarding systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver FEED and detailed design activities in line with project requirements.
