Job summary

ENTRUST PEOPLE LIMITED is seeking a Process Engineer to support ongoing projects in a GMP manufacturing setting. The role focuses on understanding current processes, modifying them for better delivery, and initiating improvement initiatives within a busy pharmaceutical facility.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyse data to identify enhancements, and produce technical reports while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles. Permanent role in SW England with salary up to £55,000.

Qualifications

• BEng in Engineering (or similar) and prior process engineering experience, ideally in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to write technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand existing processes and equipment to ensure manufacturing capabilities are fully utilised.
• Modify processes to enhance delivery.
• Initiate process improvement projects.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Assess key data to derive enhancements and pinpoint faults.
• Oversee improvement projects and write technical reports.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Ensure processes meet EHS, Quality (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with manufacturing, Quality and Validation teams.
