The Ivy Collection in Brighton is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a section, maintain high standards, and mentor junior chefs in a fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll collaborate with senior management, manage prep levels, ensure food safety, and uphold the brand’s reputation for culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and high culinary techniques.
• Strong understanding of all sections across the kitchen and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock assigned section with supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with prep chefs to monitor inventory and daily par levels across sections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.
