Job summary

The Lanesborough, part of Oetker Hotels, is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to join our London team. You will manage group bookings from inquiry to final billing and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth in-house groups.

Role entails developing new sources of business for groups, Private Dining and leisure events, while maintaining the B2B CRM and leading internal meetings with heads of departments. A luxury hospitality path awaits.

Responsibilities

• Completing all aspects of group bookings from initial enquiry, group contract, operations coordination through to final billing and follow up.
• Compile all Group recaps, coordinating with hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of groups in house
• Schedule and lead internal group meetings to provide updates to HOD’s
• Full account management and responsibility of group and MICE business.
• Researching and developing new sources of business for groups, Private Dining and leisure events.
• Conduct quarterly review of accounts and follow-up on lapsed business
• Ensure the sales B2B CRM is up to date and sales activities are recorded / blocked.
