Role Overview:

As a Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing our fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen. You'll work alongside the kitchen team to deliver high standards and have opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellent service at all times
2. Follow care/support plans respecting nutritional needs
3. Prepare nutritional snacks as directed
4. Ensure food quality, presentation, and palatability
5. Work closely with the Head Chef
6. Manage stock control, replenishing, and ordering

Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years catering experience
• Awareness of regulations
• Knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets (advantageous)
• Experience of delivering high-quality service as a Chef
• Ability to work with structured menus and be creative
