Job summary

VodafoneThree seeks a Senior Commercial Leader to shape and grow the UK Local customer base, defining strategy and translating it into high‑impact actions. You’ll drive sub‑channel initiatives, manage budgets, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes across the channel.

You’ll lead a cross‑functional team, partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and own the P&L. The role combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution in a hybrid UK setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in channel management within a complex, high‑volume commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to shape strategy and translate it into impactful delivery.
• Confident decision‑maker who can drive performance and act at pace in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communicator and influencer, comfortable aligning and challenging senior stakeholders cross‑functionally.
• Strong analytical capability to turn complex financial data into clear strategic insights.
• Experience owning or contributing to P&L performance, with an understanding of value, margin and growth levers.
• A collaborative leader who can inspire teams, drive accountability and deliver results through others.
• Comfortable operating within governance frameworks, with a focus on controls and performance discipline.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver large-scale commercial initiatives.
• Proactive, resilient mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the UK Local sub-channel commercial strategy, aligning with wider business goals.
• Lead end-to-end execution across sub-channels—driving trading plans and launches.
• Set the commercial model and guardrails to balance growth, margin, value and cost‑to‑serve.
• Take full accountability for channel performance across acquisition, retention and value.
• Own the UK local P&L and KPIs, using data-led insights to optimise decisions.
• Play a critical role in Vodafone–Three integration, enabling efficiencies and synergies.
• Act as the single decision‑maker for key commercial decisions within governance.
• Lead forecasting, planning and budget delivery to meet revenue targets.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Propositions, GTM and Operations.
• Inspire and lead a high‑performing team with a culture of accountability and excellence.
