Innovate UK, the UK's innovation agency and part of UKRI, seeks a Senior Change Partner (Maternity Cover). This role supports change readiness, engagement and adoption for the What We Offer workstream within Activating our Strategy, working with the Business Capability & Change team across UKRI sites including Swindon, London and other locations.

You will partner with senior leaders, design concise communications, coach managers and help teams understand upcoming changes, ensuring smooth

Formación

• Project Management or Continuous Improvement qualification or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience of change and the implications of taking individuals, teams and organisations on a change journey.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior/executive leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engagement, communication and adoption strategies for change.
• Coach at all levels on change management and leadership practices.
• Contribute to development of change frameworks and adoption methodologies.
• Work with stakeholders to align change activities with programme objectives.
• Support delivery of adoption and benefit realisation across the organisation.
• Coordinate with Programme and Project Managers to drive smooth transition to BAU.
