Job summary

i3Works Ltd is seeking a Senior Change Manager in the UK to deliver expert change management services for clients across defence, private and public sectors. You will lead stakeholder engagement, shape delivery strategy, and drive business readiness initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires NSV readiness, a track record in defence/government sectors, and strong consulting experience. You will collaborate with a best-in-class team and contribute to bid preparation and business

Qualifications

Experience delivering Change Management to clients.
Ability to manage and develop people across areas of expertise.
Desirable - other PM qualifications (MoR, APM PMQ, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
Previous consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence stakeholders and teams to deliver the agreed delivery strategy.
Design and implement business readiness strategies.
Direct the wider team on project delivery lifecycle, governance frameworks and business partnering.
Leverage analytical skills to inform decision-making.
Develop client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
