Job summary

Innovate UK is seeking a Senior Change Partner (Maternity Cover) to support change readiness and adoption across the What We Offer workstream within the Activating our Strategy programme. You will partner with senior leaders and delivery teams to identify change impacts and embed them effectively.

Reporting to the Deputy Director Business Capability & Change, you will help develop engagement activities, gather feedback, and ensure staff are supported through transitions while aligning with

Qualifications

• Essential change management experience and track record.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to assess change needs and develop tailored engagement plans.
• Improve adoption of changes through effective communication and coaching.
• Align change activities with the UKRI approach and overall programme objectives.
• Evolve change methodologies to stay innovative and current.
• Design, baseline and track adoption and engagement for planned changes.
• Produce and deliver communications strategies to drive adoption.
