Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Senior Change Orders Associate to join the Proposal & Contracts team in the United Kingdom. You will drive budget development for clinical change orders by collaborating with Business Development, Finance, Contract Development, and project managers to ensure accurate budgeting.

The role requires a strong math background, advanced Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in the Sciences or Business Administration/Marketing from a recognised institution.
• Five years of relevant industry experience including three years in budget development.
• Understanding CRO services and processes for budgeting.
• Strong math skills: discounts, percentages, basic accounting concepts.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills, able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote commercial and operational success by coordinating with departments to develop budgets for all clinical change orders.
• Interface with Business Development, Finance, Contract Development, and project managers to ensure accurate budgets.
• Manage the budget development lifecycle for Change Order budgets during the study.
• Identify and escalate issues; coordinate input to meet final budget timelines.
• Prepare resource/service fees using spreadsheets and assist in cost reviews.
