Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute project roadmaps to ensure solutions are adopted and drive value.
• Apply consistent project delivery standards, manage day-to-day delivery, cross-functional coordination, and deliverable development.
• Capture, track, and mitigate operational and timeline risks with accurate program documentation.
• Prepare data updates and progress metrics for executive governance bodies.
• Design and deploy solution adoption frameworks that embed deliverables into daily workflows.
• Perform impact assessments and map user journeys to address adoption barriers.
• Craft transparent communication plans and equip leaders to coach teams through transitions.
