A leading multinational Biotech company is seeking a Strategic R&D Business Operations Manager in the UK. This role involves managing clinical trial site contracts and budgets, ensuring successful budget execution. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in site contracting and budget management. The successful candidate will lead the lifecycle of multiple contracts, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of experience with clinical site and vendor contracts.
• Robust knowledge of site contracting and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of clinical trial site contracts and budgets.
• Act as primary point of contact for site budget and CTA management.
• Conduct contract negotiations and manage site agreements.
