Job summary

You will deliver change, realise benefits and build lasting organisational capability across IT and business workstreams.

You must be eligible for SC Clearance; active SC and government/public sector/defence exposure would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Delivery of change management in complex transformation programmes.
• Experience managing change activity, impacts, risks, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Experience in government/public sector and cross-government change.
• Active SC clearance or lapsed clearance for onboarding speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of change management across transformation programmes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Support maturity of the business change function across multiple workstreams.
• Manage change activities, adoption and benefits realisation within governance.
