Job summary

iMMERSIVE is seeking a Change Management professional based in London, working 3 days per week in the office with client-site travel. You will apply structured methodologies to deliver change activities across multiple projects, including stakeholder analyses, impact assessments and readiness reviews.

The role covers communications, training design and delivery, and building strong client relationships. A growth mindset, Agile experience, Salesforce familiarity and AI fluency are essential as

Qualifications

• Recognised change management certification (e.g., APMG or Prosci).
• 4-6 years’ hands-on experience managing the “people side of change” in a client-facing environment.
• Able to produce high-quality content with minimal direction.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies and Salesforce implementations.
• Growth mindset and ability to learn new products as iMMERSIVE expands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to change activities across projects with structured methodologies.
• Support development of communications plans and content.
• Design and deliver training plans and curriculums for clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of iMMERSIVE’s Change Management offerings.
