Job summary

iMMERSIVE is seeking a Change Management professional based in London, working 3 days per week in the office with client-site travel. You will apply structured methodologies to deliver change activities across multiple projects, including stakeholder analyses, impact assessments and readiness reviews.

The role covers communications, training design and delivery, and building strong client relationships. A growth mindset, Agile experience, Salesforce familiarity and AI fluency are essential as

Job description

This role is based in our London office (3 days per week), with occasional travel to client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Delivery

• Apply a structured change management methodology (e.g. Prosci) to contribute to and lead some change activities across projects or workstreams simultaneously, across a range of sectors
• Play a key role in supporting medium to large-scale transformation projects
• Own key change management deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and change readiness assessments
• Contribute to change management planning, working with functional and solutions colleagues to translate client requirements into best-practice, actionable plans and adoption strategies
• Maintain close relationships with functional teams and project managers to ensure collaboration on deliverables, workshops and client delivery
• Collaborate with client counterparts in change, L&D and communications

Communications

• Understand how different personas will be impacted by transformation and create content to mitigate change resistance
• Contribute to communications plans and content

Training

• Support the design, development and delivery of training plans, curriculums and content
• Support with the delivery of some training sessions and workshops to clients

Relationship management

• Build trusted relationships with clients and with internal teams

Practice Development

• Contribute to the development of iMMERSIVE’s Change Management offerings (toolkits, delivery pillars and ideation sessions)

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised change management certification (e.g. APMG, Prosci)
• 4-6 years’ hands-on experience managing the “people side of change” in a client-facing environment
• Able to produce high-quality content with minimal direction
• Agile project methodology experience
• Experience with Salesforce implementations
• Growth Mindset – Open to learning new products and building knowledge as iMMERSIVE expands its product portfolio
• AI Fluency – Uses AI tools daily to support delivery (e.g. drafting content, synthesising research, building change materials); stays current on how AI is reshaping change management practice and client transformation programmes
• Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and clear messaging; able to facilitate workshops and client calls with credibility
• Teamwork & Collaboration – Team-oriented with a “can do” attitude; experienced supporting less experienced colleagues
• Willingness to Learn – Excited about learning new skills and shows curiosity about new products and concepts
• Presentation – Able to convey change management expertise and business knowledge to audiences at all levels
