J.P. Morgan is seeking a Change Governance and Portfolio Reporting Senior Associate within Cash Operations Change and Transformation.

You will support a governance framework delivering an end-to-end view of initiatives, decisions, risks and dependencies, and produce executive-ready reporting to drive actions to closure. • Experience in business management, change governance, PMO, transformation, operations, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and trackers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready updates.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to produce insights (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint).
• Collaborative approach across teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operation of the Cash Operations change governance model with a consolidated view across Global Cash Operations.
• Maintain portfolio artifacts (initiative inventory, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, decision logs) with accuracy and ownership.
• Prepare materials for governance forums (working groups, portfolio reviews, steering).
• Ensure clear roles and accountability across stakeholders and execution efficiency.
• Standardize common change activities (information quality, readiness checklists, post-implementation practices, evidence discipline).
• Deliver executive-ready portfolio reporting and materials (dashboards, reports, presentations) and surface trends and escalations.
• Provide ad-hoc project management and business analysis support with clear narratives using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Project-manage workstreams end-to-end with stakeholders, driving dependencies and actions to closure.
• Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls with partners.
• Enhance governance tooling and processes including AI/automation for intake, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate team communications and maintain documentation on collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint).
