Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Change Governance and Portfolio Reporting Senior Associate in Cash Operations Change and Transformation to support an end-to-end governance framework.

You will produce executive-ready reporting, partner with stakeholders to drive actions to closure, and enhance governance tooling including AI/automation. You will help maintain an integrated view of initiatives, decisions, risks, and dependencies, and contribute to improving governance processes and tooling

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, change governance, PMO, transformation, operations, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain trackers.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to create executive-ready updates.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative approach to influence across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the Cash Operations change governance model with a consolidated view across Global Cash Operations.
• Maintain portfolio artifacts: initiative inventory, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, decision logs.
• Prepare materials for governance forums, capturing decisions, actions, and follow-ups to closure.
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear and consistently applied across stakeholders.
• Standardize common change activities: intake quality, readiness checklists, post-implementation practices, evidence discipline.
• Deliver executive-ready portfolio reporting and materials: dashboards, reports, presentations; surface trends and escalations.
