Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Treasury Middle Office (CTMO) International to lead regulatory change, reporting enhancements, data initiatives, and control improvements across liquidity reporting. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and regulatory commitments, improving governance and efficiency.

• Experience in financial services and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and present complex topics clearly.
• Experience with auditors/regulatory stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of regulatory, audit, and business-driven change initiatives affecting liquidity reporting and risk infrastructure.
• Coordinate timely responses to regulatory requests, internal and external audits.
• Provide prompt resolution of reporting issues through investigation and coordination of remediation activities.
• Partner with technology and data teams to deliver strategic initiatives and governance.
• Ensure high standards in liquidity reporting governance and data quality management.
• Contribute to adoption of strategic data platforms and tools (Snowflake, AI-enabled tools).
• Prepare materials for governance forums and regulatory engagements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify improvements in reporting processes and controls.
