Job Description
  • Define and execute the Category agenda for an OTC Skincare brand.
  • Utilize Category Management fundamentals to influence retailers commercially.
About Our Client

The 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory worldwide, a market leader in France for OTC products sold in pharmacies, expanding significantly in the UK pharma and OTC RTM channels.

Responsibilities
  • Establish the functional blueprint of 'best in class' category management.
  • Lead the category growth strategy.
  • Develop and build category capabilities.
  • Conduct monthly data analysis.
  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations.
  • Transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Own strategic recommendations related to pricing, promotions, products, and distribution.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Nielsen, Circana, or Retailer EPOS.
  • Experience in Skincare, Health & Beauty, or OTC sectors preferred.
  • Understanding of the retail landscape, including Boots and grocery stores.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Proven success in category management and insights within relevant FMCG categories.
  • Results-oriented and resilient mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
