A leading NHS Trust in London is seeking a Trauma Fellow to enhance its Major Trauma services. The role involves critical responsibilities in trauma surgery, patient management, and collaboration with a dedicated surgical team. Job summary
We currently have a SCF post in Trauma and Emergency General Surgery. The Trauma Centre at King's has been growing steadily and these posts have been designed to expand and enhance the service.
The Trauma Fellow posts are designed to underpin the clinical activities of the Major Trauma / Emergency General Surgery team on the King's Denmark Hill Campus. This is an exciting time; King's went live as a Major Trauma Centre from April 2010 and this post will help develop improved ways of delivering care for trauma patients in SE London.
Main duties of the jobThe post holder's principal responsibilities will be the day to day management of the Major Trauma / Emergency surgical in-patients:
