A superb opportunity for a Senior Category Manager to set and deliver the UK & global blueprint for the Category function for a leading Dermo Cosmetic business.

The 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world, a market leader in France for OTC products, expanding across UK pharma and OTC channels.

Description

• Set the functional blueprint of 'best in class' category management
• Lead category growth strategies
• Build category capability
• Conduct monthly data analysis
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations
• Translate insights into actionable strategies
• Own strategic recommendations: Pricing, Promotions, Products, Distribution

Profile

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Nielsens, Circana, Retailer EPOS)
• Preferably experience in Skincare, Health & Beauty, or OTC
• Understanding of retail landscape including Boots and grocers
• Ability to convert complex data into insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proven FMCG category and insights experience
• Results-oriented and resilient
• Strong commercial acumen
