Genting Casinos Reading is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to lead customer engagement on the casino floor, build relationships with high-value players, and drive acquisition and retention aligned to the General Manager’s strategy. You will oversee loyalty initiatives, monitor compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires 40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends possible to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Collaborates with Marketing Executives, Deputy GM, and GM to shape customer engagement activity.
• Sets standards for handling high-value player feedback and escalations.
• Provides direction and leadership to the team on the casino floor and across departments.
• Maintains a visible leadership presence on the gaming floor and empowers staff.

Responsabilités

• Drive acquisition and retention activity among high-value players.
• Ensure loyalty programme re-tiering aligns with activity.
• Ensure compliance with Safer Gambling, AML, HVC and UKGC requirements.
• Build and maintain personalized relationships with high-value players on visits.
• Address player feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Support flexible team scheduling to meet business needs.
