Job summary

M2 Consulting in Reading, UK is seeking a Business Development Manager for a land-based casino. You will drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement, building relationships with high-value customers and coordinating events and loyalty initiatives.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will liaison with marketing and operations, handle feedback, maintain records and ensure Safer Gambling and AML compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Development Manager with a strong sales background in Casino or iGaming.
• Proven customer-facing experience and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation.
• Ability to work onsite in Reading.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Personal Management Licence or eligibility to obtain one.
