Genting Casinos UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with high-value players, drive acquisition and retention, and deliver engaging experiences across our venues. You will lead personalised engagement, coordinate VIP events, and collaborate with marketing and operations to maximise loyalty and commercial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, delivering personalised engagement.
• Engage on the gaming floor to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
• Lead player acquisition and conversion of high-value customers into regular players.
• Deliver exceptional first-visit experiences for new high-value players and introduce club facilities and loyalty programmes.
• Drive retention through regular contact and targeted engagement initiatives.
• Promote Genting offers and loyalty incentives to relevant customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and management to deliver engagement initiatives.
• Support development of the loyalty programme and accurate player profiling.
• Plan and deliver high-value customer events to drive attendance and commercial performance.
• Host customers during events and social activities to create memorable experiences.
• Utilise events to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat visitation.
• Identify bespoke experiences such as milestone celebrations and exclusive invitations.
• Drive event attendance through targeted invitations and direct promotions on the gaming floor.
• Lead re-engagement for declining players with tailored communications and offers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and permissions in line with data protection requirements.
• Monitor acquisition, retention, events and reactivation performance and advise GM accordingly.
• Support business development strategies through customer feedback and market awareness.
• Ensure compliance with Safer Gambling, AML and UKGC requirements.
