Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring and inclusive environment, working alongside the care team.
• Monitor each resident's wellbeing, update care plans and records when needs change.
• Support residents with their medication requirements.
• Take part in person-centred care planning, implementing and evaluating plans monthly.
• Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
• Act as key contact for residents, relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals.
• Act on reasonable requests and escalations as needed.
