Job summary

Rivermere Care Home in Chipstead, operated by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care to residents as part of the Care team.

You will monitor wellbeing, update care plans, participate in person-centred planning, assist with medications, supervise staff, and serve as the main point of contact for residents, relatives and visiting professionals, with any concerns escalated as needed.

Qualifications
