Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Wimborne Minster is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to look after residents with quality, person-centred care. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team with areas such as medication, assessments and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager.
• Support clinical areas such as medication, assessments and care reviews.
• Ensure residents' dignity, preferences and individuality are respected.
