Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Uphold dignity and preferences of residents and foster a warm, welcoming environment.
