Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and support a team of Care Assistants within a dedicated care home. You will work alongside the Deputy General Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and to uphold residents’ dignity and comfort.

You’ll be involved in supervising care delivery and may assist with clinical duties such as medication management, assessments, care plans and reviews, while encouraging ongoing training and development for yourself and the

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
